The first part of Richard’s presentation will be just ‘telling stories’ of how organ and tissue donations change lives. In his case, his wife, Midge, was on dialysis for 4¼ years before receiving a kidney transplant. The second part is about our Masonic Organ & Tissue Donor Awareness Program, which will provide individual lodges the opportunity to ‘make a lifesaving difference’ within their respective communities. Opportunities for individual brothers to also positively impact their towns and cities are a major part of the program. For this program to prosper and grow, the assistance and support of the individual lodges is needed. Otherwise, the program would ‘fade away.’
